A 21st-century vision for W 103rd Street
Transform and expand the W 103 Street Open Street into a Park To Park corridor where everyone can walk, bicycle, or use a wheelchair safely. Park To Park 103 will connect all community residents – with the Frederick Douglass Houses at the heart of the corridor – to transit, retail, restaurants, two world-class parks, & most importantly, to each other.
